Fees are £35 per 50 min session for individuals and £45 for
couples.

COUNSELLING BRIGHTON AND LEWES
Everyone needs someone to talk to. Counselling helps because you know
whatever you say will kept confidential. Also the counsellor does not
know you, your family or your friends so you can speak freely, and from
your perspective. Your counsellor will listen, and not give you their
opinion like a friend or relative would. They can take a more objective
stance.
